  • After we email you your certification, you must register on the NY State Department of Health's Online Patient Registration System which is accessed through NY.gov.

  • We will provide you with a step by step instructions to help with the state registration process.

  • The state was charging a $50 fee for registration.  They are now waiving this fee for all Patients and Caregivers.

  • After your registration is processed, the NY State Dept of Health will mail you your Medical Marijuana Card within 7 -10 days.
